Ironbark-AI Pty. Ltd.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This page covers our website enquiries and browsing, followed by the policy for the Ironbark.ai video App. The video App policy originally took effect on October 13, 2026.
Website enquiries and browsing
This section applies to the Ironbark marketing website and its enquiry form. Ironbark-AI Pty. Ltd. is responsible for the enquiry information described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact beverly@ironbark.tech.
Information you send us
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, message, and an optional company name or website. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and handle the related correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information unrelated to your enquiry.
Form submissions and email
Formspree processes and stores form submissions and sends notification copies to our designated Gmail inbox, operated by Google. Formspree may also process technical details such as IP addresses, browser information and referring pages to operate and protect its service and filter spam. See the Formspree Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Website requests and external fonts
Opening a page or playing a video sends requests to the website hosting provider. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which sends font requests to Google. These services receive technical request information needed to deliver their content.
Processing locations and deletion requests
Formspree describes processing in the United States and other countries where it operates. Google handles Gmail and font requests under its privacy policy.
To ask about enquiry records we hold, request access or correction, or request deletion of the submission and related email copies, contact beverly@ironbark.tech. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify your enquiry and verify your authority.
Ironbark.ai video App policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026. The following sections describe the video, voice and digital-avatar service.
1 About this policy
Ironbark-AI Pty. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Ironbark.ai (the "App"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy and are its controller where applicable data protection law uses that term.
Ironbark.ai uses a 10-second video and audio or voice files you provide to clone your voice, create your digital avatar, and generate videos suitable for social media. This policy explains how that information is processed and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to users of the App, including those in the United States, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Australia.
For privacy questions or requests, contact beverly@ironbark.tech.
2 Information we process
Source media. We process the video and audio files you submit, including the images, face, likeness, voice, speech, and other personal information contained in those files. A recording may also capture people or surroundings visible or audible in it.
Voice and avatar information. Creating your cloned voice and digital avatar involves processing characteristics of your voice and appearance. HeyGen, our AI service provider, describes the use of face geometry and, where applicable, voiceprint data for custom avatars. Depending on the processing and applicable law, these characteristics may constitute biometric or sensitive personal information.
Generated content. We process your cloned voice, digital avatar, and resulting videos to provide the content you request.
Communications. If you contact us, we process your email address, the information you include, and the correspondence needed to handle your inquiry or privacy request. Please do not send unrelated personal information.
3 Why we use your information
Your video and audio files are used only to create your own cloned voice, digital avatar, and requested videos. This includes processing your files, producing the requested content, and making it available to you.
Neither Ironbark-AI Pty. Ltd. nor HeyGen uses your video or audio files to train or improve general-purpose or shared AI models. Our arrangement with HeyGen prohibits that secondary use. Processing your media to create your personal voice and avatar is separate from using it to improve models for other users.
Information you send to us separately is used to respond to your inquiry, resolve the issue you raise, or handle your privacy request. We may also process information to meet applicable legal obligations.
5 Cloud processing and HeyGen
All data submitted to Ironbark.ai is uploaded to our cloud servers in California, United States. Uploaded data is stored in encrypted form using encryption keys.
We send the source video and audio needed for voice cloning, digital avatar creation, and video generation to HeyGen Technology Inc. HeyGen processes this media to provide those services for your requested content. The no-training and deletion commitments in this policy apply to our use of HeyGen.
HeyGen publishes information about its practices at https://www.heygen.com/privacy and https://www.heygen.com/biometric-privacy-notice . These notices provide additional provider information; they do not replace our responsibilities or the commitments we make in this policy.
If you export or publish a generated video to a social media platform, that platform handles the content under its own terms and privacy policy. Deleting content from Ironbark.ai does not automatically delete copies you have exported, published, or shared elsewhere.
We may disclose relevant information where required by law or valid legal process. Any such disclosure must be limited to information appropriate to the applicable requirement.
6 Retention and deletion
We retain your uploaded video and audio files for three months from the date of upload, unless you delete them earlier. At the end of that period, or when you delete the source materials, we delete the corresponding files from our cloud servers and synchronize deletion of the related source materials, cloned voice, and digital avatar held by HeyGen.
This retention period starts on the upload date. The same deletion trigger applies to the associated cloned voice and digital avatar; they are not kept indefinitely after the source materials expire.
Generated videos are processed for delivery and your requested use of the service. We retain personal information in generated content only for as long as needed for those purposes. You can request deletion of generated content by contacting beverly@ironbark.tech. Copies you download or publish are under your control or the receiving platform’s control.
Support correspondence and privacy-request records are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the request, document its handling, and meet applicable legal requirements. When a legal obligation requires a particular record to be retained, its use is limited to that purpose.
You may delete source materials through the service or send a deletion request to beverly@ironbark.tech. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant files and verify your authority. Uninstalling the App does not itself delete information held on our servers or by HeyGen.
7 International processing
Your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, including on our servers in California and by HeyGen. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. Our server location does not, by itself, establish the location of every provider subprocessor.
International transfers remain subject to applicable data protection requirements. Where EEA or UK law requires a recognized transfer mechanism and additional safeguards, those requirements must be met before the transfer takes place. You may contact beverly@ironbark.tech for information about the recipients, processing locations, and safeguards applicable to your information, or to request a copy of applicable safeguards.
For Australian users, the United States is an overseas recipient location. Australian requirements concerning overseas disclosure apply where the Privacy Act 1988 covers the relevant handling of your information.
8 Legal bases and regional rights
For EEA and UK users, processing objectively necessary to provide your requested video-generation service is based on performance of our contract with you. We rely on consent where required for a particular use or disclosure, including explicit consent where required for special category biometric processing. Handling legally required privacy requests or retaining legally required records is based on the applicable legal obligation.
EEA and United Kingdom. Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal data. You may object where an applicable right to object exists and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your local data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk .
United States. Where applicable state privacy laws cover our processing, you may have rights to access and obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of covered sales, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. California residents may also have rights to information about the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information and to limit certain uses of sensitive information. These rights depend on the law and the processing involved.
Australia. Where the Australian Privacy Act applies, you may request access to and correction of personal information and complain about its handling. Contact us first so we can investigate. If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au .
Send requests to beverly@ironbark.tech. We verify identity or authority only as reasonably necessary, recognize authorized representatives where required, and respond within the applicable legal deadline. If we decline a request, we explain the reason and any available appeal process. Where an appeal right applies, you can request a review through the same email address. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9 Security and device permissions
Your uploaded data is stored in encrypted form on our cloud servers. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security. We address security incidents and provide any notifications required by applicable law.
Where an App feature requests access to your camera, microphone, or photo library, you can control that permission in iOS Settings. Revoking a device permission affects future access but does not itself delete files already uploaded. Use the deletion methods in Section 6 to remove uploaded content.
10 Children and other people’s information
A person submitting media must have the authority to authorize its use. Where the law requires a parent or guardian to consent to processing a child’s information, that authorization is required before processing. If you believe a child’s information or another person’s image or voice has been submitted without the necessary authorization, contact beverly@ironbark.tech so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. If a new use requires consent, an update to this policy does not replace that consent.
